Order Procedures
This is a summary of what will happen if you place an order with us.

(1) Payment
We accept payment through PayPal only. You do NOT need a PayPal account to pay through them. Simply click on “add to cart” and then click “Check Out” to use your credit card.

(2) Order Confirmation
PayPal will send you an email confirming your payment, so please ensure that the email address (and shipping address) you provided them with is up-to-date. We will send you an order-confirmation message within 24 hours.

(3) Processing Time (to make your ring)

(4) Free Shipping Worldwide
We always send our rings by 'Registered Mail' (from Thailand, where I am currently living) and provide each customer with a tracking number, so a signature is required at your end.

It usually takes 2~3 weeks to reach most countries from Thailand unless your country's Customs Dept intervenes. If so it could take up to 2 months.

Canadian customers please note that it often takes significantly longer than this for parcels to reach you, 1~2 months.

Registered Mail is the most secure way of shipping and we haven't lost a parcel so far.

(5) Tracking
US customers can check the progress of their parcel by accessing the USPS website and entering their tracking number. To the best of our knowledge, no other country provides this online tracking service for inbound international parcels.

The Thailand Post website shows progress up to your local destination for these countries :
- Germany
- Hong Kong
- Netherlands
- New Zealand
- Spain
- Switzerland
- United Kingdom

but shows progress only up to the Thai airport for these countries,
- Australia
- Canada
- Italy

which doesn't really help much.

For all the other countries that haven't been mentioned above, we don't know yet if the Thailand Post website shows progress up to your local destination or not. We will keep updating these entries as we go.

The best option for determining your size accurately is to walk into a jeweler's shop and ask them to measure it for you.

If you decide that the size you ordered needs to be changed, you have the option of returning your ring for an exchange or re-sizing. Simply contact us and we will let you know the procedure depending on where you are.

Size exchange is free except for the $5 we will charge for posting your new ring to you.
US, UK, Australian, and New Zealand customers would only need to return the item(s) to the local address that we specify.

Items being returned to Thailand (where we are) must be sent by Registered Airmail with a tracking number, or else they would disappear in the Thailand postal system. There is no point in insuring the parcel.
If you feel that the ring(s) you have received are substantially different from what you have seen advertised, or are defective in any way, please notify us (within a week) for a full refund. We will also cover the cost of returning the ring to us.

If the ring is not defective, but you have simply changed your mind, we will refund you the purchase price of the ring, but not the cost of posting it to you, or any Rush Order fee you might have paid. In addition, you would need to pay the cost of returning the ring to us.
Unless the deformation is catastrophic, there is no need for concern if your ring gets bent out of shape, since I made sure all the cross-over points were reinforced while making the masters.

While every care is taken during their manufacture, it is a possibility that a soldered joint will fail at some point in the life of your ring.

If this happens, I will repair it free of charge.
