Your ring will be sent within 3 weeks from the time of placing your order.

Shipping Method & Courier

We send all our rings by registered mail from Thailand, where I am currently living, and provide you with a tracking number.

The courier we use is DHL eCommerce (not Express), a subsidiary of DHL.

Shipping Time

Once the parcel has been committed to the postal service, it usually takes 1~2 weeks to UK, Australia, 2~3 weeks to the US, Canada and most other countries from Thailand. During busy times it can take longer.

Size Exchange or Re-Sizing

If you decide that the size you ordered needs to be changed, you have the option of returning your ring for an exchange or re-sizing. Simply contact us and we will let you know the procedure depending on where you are.

One size exchange is free except for the $5 we will charge for posting your new ring to you, but you would need to pay extra if you end up needing more than one size exchange.

The exception to the above occurs when a request for a size change is made well after the ring has been received. In that case you would be charged for this service.

For re-sizing, I do not make rings larger, except if it is only by a small amount (since that can easily be done by stretching on a mandrel). The reason for this is simple - making a ring larger involves inserting an extra piece of metal into the back of each band, which is far too time-consuming for me.


US, UK, Canada, Australian, and New Zealand customers would only need to return the item(s) to the local address that we specify.

Items being returned to Thailand (where we are) must be sent by Registered Airmail with a tracking number, or else they would disappear in the Thailand postal system. There is no point in insuring the parcel.


If you feel that the ring(s) you have received are substantially different from what you have seen advertised, or are defective in any way, please notify us (within a week) for a full refund. We will also cover the cost of returning the ring to us.

If the ring is not defective, but you have simply changed your mind, you have the option of returning it to us. We will refund you the cost of the ring itself, but not the cost of posting it to you, or any Matte Finish, Engraving, or Fast Shipping fee you might have paid. In addition, you would need to pay the cost of returning the ring to us.

Free Repair

While every care is taken during their manufacture, it is a possibility that a soldered joint will fail at some point in the life of your ring. If this happens, I will repair it free of charge.

Please note that silver is a soft metal and you need to be careful with your ring. We will not be responsible for any deformation caused by your rough treatment. I am still willing to repair a deformed ring, but will charge you for this service.

Also, when you inform us about the need for repair, please attach photos of your ring showing how it is damaged.
